Try out my new favorite protein pancake recipe compliments to my coach.
✅ 1/2 cup) cottage cheese
✅ 1 scoop protein
✅ 1 tablespoon applesauce
✅ 1 tablespoon melted PB
*Add 1/3 cup oats for a fluffier pancake.
Details →Toss all ingredients in a blender and pulse into your batter. Now cook as many pancakes as the mixture will allow.
Note: These taste sweet without toppings but feel free to add a touch of organic maple syrup to crave a sweet tooth if needed.
