Black History Month Recognition

Throughout this Black History Month, I am highlighting friends and colleagues who are exceptional. I've seen them shine and I want to now share their wonderfulness with you all. I am not doing this in order of favorites.

On this beautiful 12th day of #BlackHistoryMonth I am highlighting Emanuel ("Manny") Mitchell. He is a personal trainer and business mentor. In 2021 he took the chance and started working for himself and I think it's the best decision he could have made. He is extremely positive, ambitious, and internally motivated and he helps his clients to be the same. He, by nature of his work, is constantly motivating and inspiring others to be a better version of themselves and he lets his clients define what that means. Thanks to him, I was able to see my abs poke out for the first time in my life, do pull-ups (with added weights) and see my confidence skyrocket. He has a great sense of humor and he is someone who loves to learn whether it be from books, podcasts, or even the people he meets on a day-to-day. His love for his job is so contagious that he almost made me quit being a lawyer and become a personal trainer myself. I think he's truly a great person and now you all know him too!
